CrossFinesse Workouts for All Levels
Introducing CrossFinesse - Fitness skills for handling difficult or highly sensitive situations in Rocklin & Roseville, CA.
The open workouts are now available on Reebox's CrossFit Games official site. We'll explore, rehearse and perfect the techniques defining today's Fittest Man & Woman On The Planet.
It's not about the required weight or loads to qualify for the Reebox's GrossFit Games. It's about setting the stage for All Fitness Levels to push each other to perform to their potential. We're using a variety a pro fitness training tools to best suit our fitness level and ensure everyone keeps moving at an equal pace towards improved performances. It's more about Breathing Frequency, Optimal Muscle Contraction, Tempo, and Experiencing moments of controlled Fear, Thrill, and Triumph.
Mobility
We'll start every session rehearsing movements that Mobilize the Joints, Ligaments and Muscle Systems for a Specific Performance Oriented Task.

Strength & Reaction
Next, we'll discover exercises that offer a strong sensation of Progressive Strength and Concentration to React in Motion.

Performance
Finally, we'll set the Stage for All Fitness Levels to move at the same pace while leveraging various Pro Fitness Training Tools best suited for our individualized fitness level.
We'll strive to experience the Physical and Mental Demands of Completing a W.O.D., or Work Out of The Day, within our best personal performance threshold.
